The Collect or ‘special prayer’ for this the seventh Sunday of Easter:
O God the King of Glory,
you have exalted your only Son Jesus Christ
with great triumph to your kingdom in heaven:
Mercifully give us faith to know
that, as promised,
he abides with us on earth to the end of time;
who is alive and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever:
Amen.

* Especially for those who have come to online worship who may not usually attend a physical Church Service – that they would know the power of God’s presence and enter into a deeper relationship with him
