Week of Prayer

  • Monday 4th September – Friday 8th September, 8.00pm-9.15pm (Woburn Hall)
(as per last year we take this opportunity at the beginning of a ‘new season’ or academic year to bring stuff in prayer to God – beyond our normal prayer meetings, etc. In particular we can focus on those we know, our friends and family, who have yet to commit their lives to Christ. Also bringing before God those in special need through ill health or otherwise and anything else. We hope this opportunity to come together corporately will encourage us as individuals and groups to continue and develop our prayer lives throughout the year.)

Annual Alpha Course – next one starts late Sept 2017 (Woburn Hall)

  • see separate Alpha page & weekly events page for further details

DNA – Men’s Event

  • Saturday 11th November, (time to be confirmed) (Assembly Buildings, 2-10 Fisherwick Place, Belfast, County Antrim BT1 6DW)
organised by CVM Ireland Christian Vision for Men, Ireland – In 2015, CVM Ireland held it’s first annual DNA Men’s Conference in Belfast, taking on the baton handed to us from the Mandate & ‘M’ Conferences going back some 20 years. It was an incredible day, with amazing worship as a band of brothers, inspiring & challenging teaching and most important – men gave their YES to Jesus for the first time. Due to popular demand we are back for 2017 and it’s going to be bigger and better than ever.
DNA – ‘the fundamental and distinctive characteristics or qualities of someone or something, especially when regarded as unchangeable’
DNA coding is unique to every one of us and we leave traces of it everywhere we go. From the moment we give our lives to Jesus we are changed, the same power that raised Jesus from the grave lives in us – we have Resurrection DNA in our very core.

Tickets £20 each – includes Hog roast and activities.
Speakers: Roy Crowne from Hope Together and Phil Emmerson from Emmanuel Church, Lurgan
